Grief feels and walks through its own journey differently for every single Being. There are no comparisons, there are no rules, there are no shortcuts, there are no easy buttons. Regardless if your grief process begins immediately, within days, months or years, or comes full force, or comes in waves or hits you out of nowhere. The grieving process is meant to be felt, respected and honoured as this is the extension of your deepest expressions of your unconditional love that you have for yourself & those you love.
Deep sadness, anger, guilt, denial, frustration, pleading, resentment, acceptance are all aspects of the layers in which and how powerfully you love. There is no time limitation to grief.
The significance of grief is to allow yourself to acknowledge & move with and through the process, to shift from a despairing place of anguish and sufferance, moving into the purpose of your love which is to feel into the awareness & acceptance of the profound emotions needing to be expressed & accepted.
Embodying your expression of emotions without being entrapped in a state of grief paralysis within the emotional - mental pain body is walking your journey forward. In walking with many through the stages of grief, healing comes when you give yourself permission to move through the journey without dissonance in tying shame, guilt and expectations on how you should move through such a powerful journey.
